Do you pray together? One of the keys to marriage intimacy is praying together. Why? Prayer is an intimate thing. When you pray together and open up your heart to God in the presence of your spouse, it opens you up to be more intimate with each other. Statistics say the marriages that pray together have better physical relationships. Do you want to have a better sex life? Pray.
Action
Trudi and I pray together pretty much every day. But it wasn’t like that in the beginning. When we started praying together at first it was very uncomfortable. Trudi was a better prayer because she knew the Bible better and as a man I was intimidated. But I got determined. I knew as the spiritual leader I needed to take my place. The more we prayed together, the better we got. So how do you get started? Jump in and pray. Practice makes perfect. So get started. Pray.
